My family and I relocated from Chicago to the Janesville area in 1988. Uprooting to a new destination, purchasing vacant land, renovating homes for profit, building new construction, and investing in real estate for business are all bridges I have crossed in my personal life. The Accredited Buyer’s Representative, (ABR) certification focuses on skills specifically used when representing and negotiating on behalf of a buyer whom an agent is representing. Did you know that in the state of Wisconsin all agents are working for the seller in a transaction unless a buyer has signed a buyer’s agency agreement with a licensed professional?   My Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS) designation signifies the highest level of education a licensed agent can receive. Not only is it based on an additional variety of training, it also based on experience and production. Less than 4% of licensed realtors across our nation have obtained this level of educational success.   As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, (CHMS) I have obtained the experience and skills necessary to stage a property to help it sell faster, and for a higher dollar figure. Should those services be needed, there is no additional charge to my clients.   During difficult market times, my Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, (SFR) designation has been especially helpful when dealing with clients who are in precarious financial situations in regards to their homes.
